Since 2011 Sile has been working with individuals, business owners and organisations within Ireland and internationally (USA, UK & Europe) using integrative coaching psychology and a number of other participatory, facilitation and experiential approaches. Sile has been facilitating and coaching a diverse clientele since 2008 including mental health organisations, their staff and their clientele, executive coaching with leaders in Irish and international organisations, business owners and their teams as well as individuals who wanted to move towards their potential and optimum wellbeing personally and professionally.
Sile's holds a 2:1 HDip in Coaching Psychology from University College Cork with over 60 specialised hours of coaching men in recovery from addiction and having completed a thesis in “The Role of Coaching in Ones Relationship to Self”.
Sile has further qualifications in leadership development, participatory management, professional supervision and mental wellbeing.
Sile actively engages in ongoing continued professional development and coaching supervision as per best practice guidelines.
Sile is currently adding to her portfolio with a MSc in Personal and Management Coaching from UCC with 100’s of hours coaching completed and developing a thesis on “The role of Psychodynamic-Systemic Coaching in Dialogic Organisational Development”
